Thanks to an extensive career as corporate leader, university professor and lecturer, Martín possesses the skills required to become the ideal Strategic Ally.

Deep, hands-on knowledge of the business world, in and out; management experience, including periods of extremely turbulent contexts; and communication skills honed in academic environments enable him to use simple examples to explain the most complex of concepts.

Martín has been CEO of important companies for almost 25 years: "Autoplan Sevel" 1987/1995, "The Capita Corporation" 1995/1998, and "Prudential Seguros" 1998/2010. He was responsible for the start-up in Argentina of the latter two.



Martín has delivered numerous motivational speeches and dictated conferences about Leadership. He can communicate effectively with multi-cultural audiences (World Leasing Convention, Istanbul, 1997; Prudential International Annual Convention, Honolulu, 2006; Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, Medellín, 2013; MDRT Annual Convention, Toronto, 2014; LIMRA Caribbean Insurance Convention, Jamaica, 2015.

He has been founding member and first Vice-president of ALA (Asociación de Leasing de Argentina, "Argentine Leasing Association"). He was President of AVIRA (Asociación de Aseguradores de Vida y Retiro de la República Argentina, "Argentine Association of Life Insurance and Retirement Companies"), 2003/05 and 2008/2010. He was a board member of IDEA (Instituto para el Desarrollo Empresarial de la Argentina, "Institute for Business Development in Argentina") from 2002 until 2007, and also of AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina) from 2003 until 2011.


For 20 years since 1974, Martín was a Professor of Financial Administration at the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la Universidad de Buenos Aires ("School of Economics, University of Buenos Aires"). And during 5 years, until 1996, he was President of the Comisión de Estudios sobre Finanzas de Empresas en el Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas ("Commission of Business Financial Studies, Professional Council of Economics").

From mid-2009 till the end of 2014 he was Advisor for the Argentine branch of the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey ("Technological Institute of Monterrey") (México).

He was one of the founders of "Aportes de Gestión para el Tercer Sector" ("Management Contributions for the Third Sector"), NGO whose mission is to improve management in social organizations through the volunteer work of experienced professionals.
